We are a small, family-owned and run business.

 

With over 15 years experience in the events and hospitality business our trained staff are sure to make your event one to remember. 

We are located in Warwickshire in the Midlands, with easy access to the M40, M42, M1, M6 and M45 motorways which means we are able to work with you wherever you're based in the UK.

Our team of on site staff are passionate about their work and pay attention to the smallest details ensuring that the end results not only meet our clients standards but also our own. Our staff are dedicated to staying on site and working until we reach that standard.

Our Story

We’re a husband-and-wife team, Sebastian and Rachael, and the people behind Silverback Stretch Tents.

Sebastian, our Founder and Director, established the business in 2019 after many years as General Manager for a marquee events company in Reading. With a wealth of industry experience and a passion for creating exceptional events, he made the decision to branch out on his own and return to his roots in Warwickshire. Rachael soon joined the business, taking the lead on the operational and client side to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

What began with just a handful of stretch tents has grown into a thriving business. Today, we offer an extensive range of stretch tents, along with bell tents, furniture, lighting and fully equipped mobile bars. We also proudly run our own outdoor events field in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, where we host weddings and private events. We’re incredibly proud of how far the business has come in the last few years.

Alongside us is a dedicated team who support with installations and event delivery, as well as a trusted network of local suppliers who help us bring every event together. And of course, no introduction would be complete without mentioning our two very spoilt dogs, Lexi and Oscar, who occasionally make an appearance on site!

Day-to-day, you’ll find Sebastian out on site visits, overseeing installations, managing events or running our mobile bars, while Rachael ensures everything runs smoothly from the office and is always on hand to support our clients every step of the way.

We’ve intentionally remained a small business, as it allows us to offer a truly personal and attentive service. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and are committed to ensuring every client feels confident, supported and completely satisfied.
